She characterizes her work as helping her clients "overcome astro/psychological obstacles so that they can achieve their full potential." Frequently interviewed by the media, Joyce has appeared on national television and has had her picture on the front page of the Boston Globe and its Living Arts Section. Joyce founded Vizualizations publishing in 1994. She is the author of the book, A Beginner's Guide to Astrological Interpretation; and two series of transformational audio tapes -- Self-Help Series: Meditation, Creative Visualization, Releasing Anger and Resentment, and Contacting Your Guardian Angel, and the Integrating Astrological Cycles Series: Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, and Jupiter. Joyce previously served as the Advisory Board Chair and SIG Coordinator for NCGR, and currently serves as Secretary on the UAC Board and an Advisory Board Member of the Boston Chapter of NCGR. She became a professional member of the AFA in 1979, and is a Past President of the New England Astrological Association.
